JB Charleston, SC - In Processing

For military personnel reporting for in-processing at Joint Base Charleston should check in at either the base gate or at the base lodging office. The Inns of Charleston is located on Hill Boulevard and is the 24-hour arrival point. If arriving after hours, report to the Inns of Charleston to sign in. Newcomers arriving on weekdays between 0900-1530 should report with your in-processing packet as well as a copy of your orders to the Military Personnel Section Customer Support Element (Building 503, room 112) on the day of arrival. Bring several copies of your orders as well necessary travel claims for processing. In-processing can take several days to complete. The Force Support Section will schedule newcomers for the mandatory Quick Start briefing. If military personnel arrive after hours, they must turn in their in-processing packet at the MPS Customer Support Element on the next duty station following arrival.
